Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
Responsible for managing end-to-end Supply Chain operations, covering Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics. The role oversees forecasting, production planning, inventory, warehouse, transportation, and customer delivery while optimizing costs and operational efficiency in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Demand & Supply Planning in alignment with sales forecasts and production capacity.
• Oversee Production Planning, RM/PM, Inventory, and Finished Goods management.
• Manage Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and Distribution operations.
• Control Supply Chain and Logistics costs within company targets and budget.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive Productivity and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team capabilities to improve overall performance.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies, quality systems, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Production Planning.
• Experience in the food industry with team management experience of 5+ subordinates.
• Strong expertise in Demand & Supply Planning.
• Knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Budgeting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, decisive, and able to work well under pressure.
