We are currently seeking a talented “Supply Chain Manager ” to join our dynamic “Supply Chain ” team. Based in “Casablanca, Morocco ” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Demand, supply & finished-products planning
• Manage end-to-end import operations from Turkey and Egypt
• Manage sea freight, container storage, and transit-time optimization
• Logistics & distribution planning
• Warehouse & 3PL management
• Cost management
• Maintain a safe and secure supply chain operation throughout all company facilities
• Responsible for the 3PL operation in the entity: manage and track performance, tackle and resolve issues
• KPI adherence and reporting
• Lead the S&OP process implementation for all divisions in the entity
• Drive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to incorporate current and long-term market intelligence into demand & supply plans at product, customer and market levels
• Drive improvement of forecast assumptions, exception management, and root-cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues

QUALIFICATION

• University degree in a business-related subject or engineering (preferably Industrial/Business Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain Management; social sciences such as management, economics or international relations also considered)
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning
• Strong knowledge of local country regulations, including Moroccan customs and import regulations
• Experience preferably in the FMCG sector (multinational company with international brand management)
• Fluent Arabic (native or advanced level), French, and advanced English (both speaking and writing)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), advanced MS Office (especially Excel), and planning/APS and logistics reporting tools
• Working knowledge of KPI management (OTIF, inventory levels, service levels, logistics costs, etc.)
• Strong business insight and familiarity with the divisions, markets, customers, and products in the demand plan
