SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

About the role

Lead Supply Chain Planning, Inventory & Warehouse operations for Power Transformer manufacturing. This role involves managing MPS, MRP, capacity planning and production scheduling, ensuring material readiness based on Engineering release, BOM and production schedule, and controlling inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Planning, Inventory & Warehouse operations for Power Transformer manufacturing
• Manage MPS, MRP, capacity planning and production scheduling
• Ensure material readiness based on Engineering release, BOM and production schedule
• Control inventory accuracy, material availability, stock level and warehouse efficiency
• Manage SAP MRP/PP/MM and improve planning data accuracy
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, material bottlenecks and delivery risks
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, Project Management and Procurement
• Drive Lean, digitalization and continuous improvement in supply chain processes

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• 8–12+ years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory or Logistics
• Strong experience in Power Transformer / Heavy Electrical Equipment / ETO Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, BOM, capacity planning and inventory management
• Proficient in SAP (MRP/PP/MM) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Good command of English
• Experience in Power Transformer Manufacturing / Project-Based Manufacturing (preferred)
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is an advantage
