About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing international e-commerce business managing multiple brands across Amazon marketplaces.

The role involves demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, supplier management, international logistics, Amazon FBA replenishment, warehouse coordination, inventory reconciliation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SKU-level demand forecasting, inventory planning, reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment.
• Own purchasing and purchase order tracking from suppliers through final delivery.
• Coordinate with China-based suppliers, sourcing teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses.
• Track production schedules, quality inspections, packaging requirements, and supplier performance.
• Manage international shipments and coordinate freight bookings, documentation, customs, and delivery.
• Plan and execute Amazon FBA/AWD and 3PL replenishment.
• Monitor Amazon inventory, stock cover, receiving, stranded/unfulfillable inventory, and storage costs.
• Reconcile purchase orders, shipments, warehouse receipts, Amazon inventory, and physical stock.
• Track landed costs, supplier/freight/warehouse invoices, and working capital requirements.
• Identify stockout, overstock, quality, supplier, and logistics risks and take corrective action.
• Prepare supply chain dashboards and reports covering inventory, forecasts, supplier performance, shipments, and costs.
• Work closely with brand managers, finance, leadership, and other teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Improve purchasing, replenishment, reporting, and inventory processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or logistics, preferably within Amazon/e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA inbound shipments, inventory reports, and replenishment.
• Experience working with China-based suppliers and international freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, safety stock, lead times, purchase orders, landed costs, and inventory reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and analytical models.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong English communication and supplier negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience managing Amazon operations across US, UK, Canada, or Germany.
• Experience with Amazon AWD, Shopify, Walmart, or TikTok Shop.
• Experience working with multiple brands or an e-commerce aggregator.
• Experience in new product launches, supplier transitions, and quality inspections.
• Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
• Degree/qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
