Supply Chain Manager

WetPit is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for supply chain operations, with a strong focus on planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.

As part of our growing manufacturing organization, this position will play a key role in converting customer orders and engineering BOMs into executable procurement and production plans, ensuring that materials are available in the right quantity, at the right time and at the right cost.

What We Are Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning and/or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment

* Proven hands-on experience in both planning and procurement activities

* Strong understanding of MRP, BOM structures, inventory management, material planning and production planning

* Experience in project-based, engineer-to-order (ETO) or make-to-order (MTO) manufacturing is a strong advantage

* Ability to translate sales orders and engineering BOMs into material requirements, procurement plans and production schedules

* Experience in supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, purchase order management and expediting

* Experience with ERP/MRP systems

* Understanding of inventory optimization, safety stock, lead-time and working-capital principles

* Experience in domestic and international logistics, import/export and customs operations is an advantage

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and delivery deadlines simultaneously

* Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

* Good command of written and spoken English

* Strong communication, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills

* A hands-on management approach, with the ability to both establish processes and actively manage day-to-day supply chain operations
