Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. This role also ensures compliance with ISO Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations

· Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.

· Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

· Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and analytics.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

· Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

· Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

· Manage contracts and assess supplier performance regularly.

3. Logistics & Inventory Management

· Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.

· Implement inventory control strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with production, sales, finance, and other teams to align supply chain functions with business needs.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

· Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, company policies, and ISO requirements.

6. ISO Integrated Management System Responsibilities

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

· Ensure all supply chain activities follow documented procedures and quality requirements.

· Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, and inventory documentation and records.

· Ensure supplier quality and customer satisfaction processes are implemented and monitored.

· Participate in internal and external ISO audits when required.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

· Promote environmentally responsible supply chain practices, including sustainable sourcing and waste minimization.

· Ensure procurement and logistics processes consider environmental impacts.

· Support the company’s environmental objectives and targets.

ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety

· Ensure all logistics, warehouse, and supplier site visits follow relevant HSE requirements.

· Comply with safe work procedures at all times.

· Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions in accordance with company procedures.

· Promote a strong safety culture across supply chain operations.

Other Duties

· Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior/Senior Management team.
