SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Commercial Operations

· Ensure all logistics requirements are fully met

o Lead GCC regional logistics function

o Collaborate effectively with Logistics function in India to ensure all logistic needs are met

o Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and government.

o Verify shipment temperature loggers, cold chain documentation, and temperature excursion reports to ensure product integrity.

o Review shipping documents, batch details, and compliance documentation prior to product release.

o Temperature Mapping

o Inventory and stock taking

o Dispatch

o Logistics

· Manage all warehouse staff and drivers, enabling them to achieve personal goals

· Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, EDE regulations, UAE legislation, MOH requirements, and GDP standard in Warehouse and Logistics functions.

· Manage block supply from UK for both Smartway UAE and Smartway FZCO

· Act as the coordination point between Supply Management Lead (Manoj) and the GCC Commercial team ensuring whole team use process and systems.

Strategic Accounts & Business Development – UAE and wider GCC

· Work collaboratively with Arabic speaking colleagues to effectively manage Accounts and grow business

• Work with colleagues to produce Business and Account Plans revising quarterly.
• Achieve Sales Targets by working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
• Support engagement with key healthcare accounts, including Ministries of Health (MoH), hospitals, and procurement agencies.
• Identify and contribute to new business and revenue-generating opportunities within these accounts

· Actively participate in RFQ and tenders including RAFED, DHA, EHS, and Global Medical Supply Chain

· Maintain key overseas & UAE accounts and arrange meetings.

· Provide quotations in a timely manner

• Request & Provide quotations in a timely manner
• Assist in building value-added business and promotional opportunities aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Representation of company at appropriate Conferences, Expos and Meetings.

Regulatory

· Work in partnership with the Pharmacist to ensure all licences are maintained

· Coordinate shipment clearance processes with relevant authorities and ensure timely customs and regulatory approvals.

· Prepare and maintain all import permit documentation and regulatory records accurately.

· Ensure all inbound and outbound pharmaceutical shipments comply with EDE regulations and transportation requirements.

· Manage compliance for importation and handling of unregistered pharmaceuticals.

· Support internal audits and regulatory inspections; implement CAPA where required.

Management

· Participate fully in the Smartway UAE Leadership team, working to create and deliver sustained Business Growth.

Other such activities as the Smartway Management may assign.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
