Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume, multi-SKU environments, preferably in retail, e-commerce, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory allocation
• Manage high-volume, multi-SKU inventory and ensure stock availability across sales channels
• Partner with Merchandising on assortment planning, product launches, and SKU management
• Monitor inventory turnover, sell-through, stock aging, overstock, and stockouts
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and efficient stock movement
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Retail, Sales, and Operations teams
• Improve processes to reduce stockouts, excess inventory, dead stock, and inventory costs
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain, Inventory, Merchandising, and/or Warehouse team
• Monitor supply chain and warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Merchandising, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory, Warehouse, or related functions
• Strong Merchandising + Warehouse Operations background
• Proven experience managing high-SKU / multi-SKU inventory
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and stock allocation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred: Experience managing thousands of SKUs and inventory across multiple sales channels.
