Supply Chain Manager

Position: Supply Chain Manager

Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 THB
Location: Everland Factory 22, Nakhon Pathom
Product: Wire Harness, Automotive Parts

Responsibilities:

• Establish and continuously optimize the plant’s supply chain management system, covering full-
  module processes and systems for purchasing, planning. 

• Responsible for purchasing management of core wire harness raw materials (terminals, wires, plastic parts, connectors, etc.), develop purchasing strategies, execute supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation and contract signing, and achieve annual cost reduction targets. 

• Monitor the execution progress of purchase orders, follow up on material delivery schedules, handle material abnormalities (incoming defects, delivery delays, etc.), and ensure material availability for production. 

• Formulate MPS and MRP based on sales orders and production capacity, oversee production 
  scheduling and material follow-up, and balance capacity and delivery requirements. 

• Responsible for full-category inventory control of the plant, set safety stock standards, monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP and finished goods, drive obsolete material clearance and inventory turnover optimization, and reduce inventory capital occupation.

• Regularly review core indicators such as delivery fulfillment rate, inventory turnover rate and material availability rate, and output analysis reports and improvement plans. 

• Responsible for daily management, work allocation, performance appraisal and talent pipeline development of the supply chain team.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, 
  Mechanical & Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields preferred. 
• 5+ years of full-module supply chain management experience in manufacturing industry, 2+ 
  years of team management experience; experience in automotive wire harness or electronic 
  connector industry is a strong plus. 
• Experience in cross-border plant supply chain management and import/export logistics practice 
  is preferred. 
• Familiar with raw material characteristics and supply market of the wire harness industry and 
  understand the full production process of wire harness. 
• Proficient in ERP systems, with strong data analysis capability. 
• Strong cost awareness and risk control awareness, clear logic, and strong ability to work under 
  pressure. 
• Fluent in English (working language).
