Supply Chain Manager

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation and management to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to optimise stock whilst minimising carrying costs
• Coordinate logistics and distribution operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials
• Analyse supply chain data and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues promptly to maintain continuity of operations
• Lead and supervise supply chain team members, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, sales and finance to ensure integrated supply chain planning
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies in all supply chain activities
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives whilst maintaining quality and service standards

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
