In this key role, you will combine strategic development with hands-on operational leadership and help ensure an efficient, reliable and safety-focused supply chain.

About The Role As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Plant Director and be responsible for planning, managing and continuously optimizing the site’s supply chain. Your area includes logistics, supply and production planning, inventory control, formulation and cross-functional coordination. Your key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain at the Lille Skensved site.
  • Ensure effective procurement, planning, inventory control and formulation activities.

  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and functions.

About You You have a relevant technical or business degree, or equivalent professional experience, combined with demonstrated leadership responsibility. You bring experience from supply chain management, logistics, production planning or a related environment and are confident in analysing and improving processes.

We Also Expect That You

  • Have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and process optimization.
  • Are a people-focused leader who creates direction, engagement and accountability.
  • Have strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Remain structured and effective in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Collaborate well across functions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate confidently in written and spoken English.
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.

What we offer

You will join a collaborative site organization in a visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence both daily operations and the future development of the supply chain. The position offers broad stakeholder contact, meaningful responsibility and the chance to create sustainable improvements across people, processes, safety and performance.
