Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, logistics coordination, demand planning, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills who can improve supply chain performance while maintaining quality, controlling costs, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, replenishment, and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and procurement costs.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations, company policies, and relevant import and export requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members.
• Prepare regular operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure efficient business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or inventory control.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, supplier management, purchasing, and logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management systems or ERP software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore import and export procedures is an advantage.
