Supply Chain Manager

We’re Hiring: Supply Chain Manager | Oxbow Brands | Bangalore or Kochi

At Oxbow Brands (DOBRA), we’re building a playful, fast-growing impulse food & beverage brand. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who can build an efficient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain to support our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do:

• Manage warehousing, storage, inventory, and efficient movement of products and materials.
• Lead production planning, supply forecasting, and inventory optimisation across manufacturing partners.
• Manage packaging material suppliers, warehousing partners, and logistics vendors.
• Evaluate packaging options, sourcing strategies, and purchasing models to improve cost and efficiency.
• Set up and implement SOPs across supply chain, warehousing, procurement, and logistics to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage a small team of supply chain and operations specialists, ensuring clear ownership and effective execution.
• Build scalable processes that balance cost, quality, availability, and service levels.
• Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and internal teams to align supply with business growth.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 3–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG supply chain operations, with exposure to manufacturing or a growing consumer brand.

✅ Experience in analysing and optimising supply chains, procurement, packaging, warehousing, and logistics.

✅ A track record of improving purchasing and supply models in a growing business—ideally helping a startup scale from ₹10 Cr to ₹100 Cr or a comparable growth stage.

✅ Strong analytical skills, cost-conscious thinking, and a focus on operational efficiency.

✅ Experience in implementing SOPs, improving processes, and managing small teams.

✅ A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond managing day-to-day operations to challenge existing processes, find efficiencies, and build a supply chain ready to scale.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
