Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our warehouse, logistics, inventory, and customer service operations at BATZAM SALES DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION. This role ensures stock availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while managing and developing a strong supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory control
- Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Oversee order fulfillment and on-time customer deliveries
- Lead warehouse team and drive operational efficiency
- Implement warehouse best practices, safety, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Supply Chain Management or related course)
- At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain within FMCG/Distribution industry
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Warehouse Management
- Leadership, negotiation, presentation, and planning skills
Location Requirement:
Preferably residing in Lubao, Pampanga or nearby.
