The Supply Chain Manager is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the availability of high-quality industrial and construction supply products across all branch locations.

This role oversees all aspects of purchasing, inventory management, and vendor negotiations, while serving as an active member of the Leadership Team—collaborating to shape company-wide strategies, foster communication, and support overall success. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with branch managers, sales teams, and operations staff to ensure that purchasing decisions align with company goals for profitability, service, and operational excellence. The role is focused on supporting expansion and best practices across the company, with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Location : Mobile, AL; on-site

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary: $90K
• Bi-annual bonus
• Projected Year One Earnings: $105K - $110K
