The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The role ensures the timely and cost-effective flow of products while maintaining quality standards, managing supplier relationships, controlling operational costs, and supporting the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement strategies for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent overstocking and stock shortages, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Warehouse and Distribution Management: Oversee warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and product distribution to ensure efficient operations.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze supply chain expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor supply chain performance and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory turnover, delivery performance, procurement costs, and order fulfillment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational issues and implement improvements in supply chain systems, procedures, and workflows.
• Risk Management: Identify potential supply disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop supply chain personnel to achieve departmental targets and maintain productivity.
• Industry Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, supplier developments, and industry best practices to improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing, distribution, trading, or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, demand forecasting, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management systems, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Willingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
