Supply Chain Manager

About the role

PT Agusta Triasa is seeking an experienced professional with managerial capabilities to join as Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement processes, inventory, warehousing, and distribution of goods effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the procurement process from planning needs through to goods receipt
• Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Oversee stock availability, inventory data accuracy, and goods control in the warehouse
• Ensure storage, shipping, and distribution processes run on time
• Conduct evaluation of procurement, storage, and distribution costs to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze stock needs based on sales data, demand trends, and business planning
• Lead and coordinate the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Prepare reports and evaluate supply chain performance periodically

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or warehousing, with team leadership experience being an added value
• Strong negotiation, analysis, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes
• Able to process data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
• Leadership, communication, and cross-divisional coordination capabilities
• Detail-oriented, responsible, efficiency-focused, and able to work with targets
