SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (PLANT SIDE)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across our manufacturing plant and distribution network. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient planning, procurement, inventory management, production support, warehousing, and distribution to meet customer service and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience managing plant-side supply chain activities while coordinating with distribution teams to optimize product flow and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with departments concerned to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement optimization initiatives.
• Improve production planning accuracy and scheduling efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and supply chain costs.
• Coordinate warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Work with Logistics to optimize transportation and logistics performance.
• Monitor Sales inventory levels and replenishment plans.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Lead and develop supply chain in collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Procurement and Production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years managing plant and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics & Distribution
• Experienced in use of ERP Systems
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
