Supply Chain Officer

We are looking for dedicated Supply Chain Officer

The role is responsible for overseeing and providing support to logistics, warehouse and inventory operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory.
• Can work under minimum supervision and excellent time management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, stock control procedures, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Mimosa Corner Oackwood Greenwoods Executive Village Pasig, City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Track shipments and monitor deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time and in good condition.
• Resolve supply, delivery, and inventory issues by working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Analyze inventory and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate with finance to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning to support production and business operations.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and prepare regular management reports.
• Identify supply chain risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management related to supply chain operations.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
