Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning based on sales forecasts, inventory optimization, international procurement, and supplier management. The main goal is to ensure product availability for hospitals and others client while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with medical device regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to calculate, plan, and execute import orders aligned with market demand
• Set up and manage Safety Stock, Reorder Points (ROP), and Max-Min stock levels for each SKU to prevent stock-outs while minimizing the risk of expired or obsolete inventory
• Act as the primary point of contact for overseas manufacturers and suppliers
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance
• Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs (RA) team to prepare required import documentation, licenses, and HS Codes in full compliance with the Thai FDA regulations
• Proactively resolve shipment delays or damaged cargo issues
• Prepare and present monthly supply chain performance reports and KPI analysis to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business English, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Import Procurement
• Good command of spoken and written English, and commercial negotiations with international partners
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs clearance procedures, tax incentives (Certificates of Origin/Forms), and Thai FDA regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and inventory formulas)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
