Supply Chain Officer

1.Coordinate and verify the creation and maintenance of product data in the system.

2.Process purchase orders to support sales plans and allocate products to branches in accordance with distribution schedules. Input data into the system as required by the Product Development and Procurement team for special product requests. Send product samples to the Procurement team, photograph products for system entry, and manage product requisitions for the Marketing department.

3.Monitor import plans for overseas products and follow up on discrepancies between actual imports and planned schedules.

4.Act as a central coordinator in communication with shipping agents, the Procurement and Product Development department, and the Warehouse team to ensure timely product importation.

5.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
