จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูล CN ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
ติดตามสถานะ CN ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA ที่กำหนด
วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการเกิด CN เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางลดปัญหาในอนาคต
จัดทำรายงานสรุป CN รายวัน/ รายสัปดาห์/ รายเดือน
สนับสนุนงานด้าน Supply Chain อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
