Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to manage procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, and logistics, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of ingredients and operational materials across our outlets.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Officer will oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational supplies across the company’s outlets.

The successful candidate will ensure that all outlets receive the right materials, in the right quantities, at the right time, while maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and minimising stock shortages and wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
• Manage procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels across outlets and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure accurate and timely distribution of supplies.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supplier records.
• Conduct stock checks and monitor expiry dates, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming supplies to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with outlet managers to forecast supply needs and resolve supply-related issues.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in a QSR, restaurant, or food service business is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of supplier management, negotiation, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple outlet requirements and work under pressure.

Salary Range: 300k
