Key responsibilities
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) in the system
- Coordinate procurement of trade and non-trade items with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Manage supplier and company promotional programs, discounts, and campaign implementation
- Monitor supplier, financing partner, and company-related financial transactions and documentation
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain and secure confidential records and documents
- Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings, schedules, and related activities
