Supply Chain Operation

About the role

The Supply Chain Operation plays a vital role in managing the flow of products from suppliers to customers. This role focuses heavily on overseeing stock and inventory management, handling procurement processes, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and timely operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end stock and inventory: oversee receiving, organizing, and daily/weekly stock counts to maintain accuracy and prevent stock-outs or overstock.
• Handle procurement & purchasing: process purchase orders (POs), negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, and manage invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate logistics & delivery: work closely with warehouse and third-party logistics teams to ensure smooth stock movement and timely dispatch.
• Support planning & reverse logistics: monitor inventory levels for demand forecasting and assist in handling product returns or defect management.
• Maintain system accuracy: update operational records and generate inventory reports using ERP systems and spreadsheets to support the sales and operations teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficient in using Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately with numbers and complex inventory details.
