What they need
Support product assembly project by preparing instructions, documents and coordination with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider.
Provide operational support for packaging materials and quality control for new productions. (Travel to China is required)
Process order entries and updates within the ERP system, and deliver instructions to the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider.
Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers, in collaboration with the 3PL operations team.
Maintain electronic filing of all order-related documentation.
Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports to track sales performance and ensure real-time stock visibility across international locations.
Support the operational rollout of the CRM system for the Hong Kong market to centralize and enhance customer management.
