Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

COLOR GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a motivated and organized Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support procurement, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating operations, working with suppliers and carriers, analyzing data, and helping improve supply chain efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate purchasing, transportation, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, deliveries, and replenishment needs.
• Maintain purchase orders, shipping documents, and operational records.
• Use ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to update and track supply chain data.
• Analyze operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support supplier performance, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant supply chain operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ERP/WMS/TMS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Lean, Six Sigma, or sustainability practices is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $26.61 - $32.57 per hour
