Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Manager plays a vital leadership role in managing the flow of products from suppliers to customers. This role requires strategic oversight of stock and inventory management, complex procurement processes, and high-level coordination with logistics teams to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and scalable operational workflows. You will own the end-to-end supply chain performance for our rapidly growing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Leadership: Manage end-to-end stock and inventory strategies, overseeing receiving, organizing, and stock counts to maintain high accuracy and prevent stock-outs or overstock.
• Procurement & Sourcing Strategy: Oversee the procurement process, approve purchase orders (POs), build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and manage related documentation.
• Logistics & Delivery Optimization: Work closely with warehouse and third-party logistics teams to ensure smooth stock movement, timely dispatch, and cost-efficient routing.
• Demand Planning & Reverse Logistics: Monitor inventory levels for demand forecasting, support sales planning, and oversee product returns or defect management.
• System Accuracy & Process Improvement: Drive operational accuracy and generate comprehensive inventory reports using ERP systems and advanced Google Sheets workflows to support the sales and operations teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3–5 years of direct experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations, with proven supervisory or team lead experience
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and strong proficiency in using Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and structured administration
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with major vendors
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately with complex inventory details and high-volume numbers
