Supply Chain Operations Specialist (with Cin7 experience)

SUPPLY CHAIN | CIN7 CORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED

We are hiring for a Senior Supply Chain positions supporting a growing international business. Both roles are fully remote and require availability to work on a US shift.

1. Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist

💻 Remote | US Shift
💰 Open Budget | Competitive, based on experience

We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain professional who can manage day-to-day operations across procurement, suppliers, production, international freight, inventory, and warehouse fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage POs from placement through production and warehouse delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, particularly those in China/Far East
• Track production, QC inspections, shipments, ETAs/ETDs, and delivery
• Coordinate international freight, freight forwarders, and domestic transportation
• Maintain inventory accuracy and replenishment
• Manage inventory and order allocation through Cin7 Core
• Maintain supply chain KPI dashboards and reporting
• Handle shipping documentation and resolve operational issues
• Support SOP implementation and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics / Inventory experience
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience REQUIRED
• ⭐ CIN7 CORE EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience with suppliers, production, and international freight
• Working knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working US hours

CIN7 CORE EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED FOR BOTH POSITIONS.
Candidates with other hands-on ERP/WMS experience may still be considered, but direct Cin7 Core experience will be prioritized.
