Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by monitoring stock levels through our ERP system and managing the procurement of products from suppliers. This role will work closely with the sales, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth in-bound and out-bound logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track inventory levels using the company’s ERP system (Odoo or similar).
• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and ordering products from suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements in stock management.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and order fulfillment performance.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
• Good command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
