Supply Chain Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production & OEM Planning: Receive sales demand forecasts from PM/Sales teams; develop and adjust manufacturing orders with OEM partners (e.g., Asialab) to optimize lead times and ensure stable product supply.
• Smart Inventory Control: Enforce FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles, establish Min-Max inventory thresholds, set up early warning mechanisms, and propose action plans for near-expiry stocks.
• Order Tracking & Operation: Closely monitor production progress and delivery schedules from OEM facilities to company warehouses; collaborate effectively with Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure correct quantity, quality, and timelines.
• ERP & Data Management: Manage procurement-production-warehouse data on internal software/ERP systems (Misa Amis); conduct periodic stock counts, analyze inventory discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
• Reporting & Performance Metrics: Generate regular reports on inventory levels and inventory turnover, proposing solutions to continuously improve supply chain flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Warehouse Management. Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or E-commerce .
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Professional Skills: Solid understanding of Demand Forecasting, FEFO/FIFO principles, and Min-Max inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Excel (data analysis & handling). Hands-on experience with internal ERP systems or Misa Amis is a strong plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong analytical and numerical mindset, high sense of responsibility, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
