Supply Chain Planner

About the role

You will take the lead in shaping our day-to-day supply chain flow, making sure stock moves smoothly, performance stays on track, and operations feel effortless across every platform. You'll turn data into clear actions, strengthen teamwork between departments, and drive projects that make our e-commerce operations faster, smarter, and more connected. You'll be at the center of creating a seamless experience that keeps our business growing with confidence and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end stock levels across 3PL warehouse networks to keep fulfillment fast and seamless
• Dive into historical sales data, promotional calendars, and modern e-commerce trends to build accurate demand forecasts
• Align lifecycle data and client inventory requirements to eliminate stockouts while avoiding excess inventory
• Partner closely with commercial and operations teams to smash key performance metrics and operational SLAs

About you

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or e-commerce operations, ideally in FMCG or online retail
• Strong leadership energy with confidence in communication and cross-team collaboration
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Sharp attention to detail and an analytical way of thinking
• Familiar with inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment and working with 3PL partners
• Experience using warehouse systems and managing performance KPIs
• Calm, open-minded approach when solving daily issues or supporting teams
• Able to connect data insights to real business needs and take action
• Enjoys working with technology and exploring digital supply chain solutions
