Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage production schedules, material availability, inventory levels, and capacity planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, customer orders, inventory, and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to ensure material and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and update production plans and inventory movements.

Material Planning & Inventory Control

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production.
• Monitor and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, material requirements, and inventory levels.
• Generate and process Purchase Requests (PR) in SAP, ensuring correct quantities, Unit of Measure (UOM), and engineering revisions.
• Forecast material requirements and resolve material-related issues to prevent production delays.

Capacity Planning

• Analyze production capacity, labor, and equipment requirements to meet production targets.
• Monitor capacity utilization and production performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Maintain accurate production records using ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare production, inventory, and capacity utilization reports for management.

Continuous Improvement & Administrative Support

• Identify and support process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Participate in company programs and team activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or any related field.
• Experience in production planning, Production, Manufacturing, and Control (PMC), or supply chain operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of office software applications and systems.
• MS Office literate.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
