Supply Chain Planner

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop forecasts that support sales, inventory, and production planning. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to align customer demand with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using sales history, POS data, inventory levels, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Work with Sales Managers to understand customer needs and changes in demand.
• Coordinate with Operations and Manufacturing to align forecasts with production and inventory requirements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply chain risks.
• Use forecasting software, ERP systems, and reporting tools to analyze demand.
• Support budgeting, new product launches, promotions, and product transitions.
• Prepare reports on forecast performance, sales trends, and inventory risks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with forecasting software, ERP systems, and inventory planning.
• CPG, retail, or mass merchant experience preferred.
• D365, Netstock, POS reporting, EDI, and advanced Excel experience are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
