Supply Chain Planning Lead

Your Role

• Lead Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and Logistics Planning.
• Drive solution assessments, proposal development, and client presentations for large-scale supply chain engagements.
• Provide leadership in delivery transformation and execution of high-impact projects.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and build business cases.
• Contribute to innovation by developing assets, frameworks, and knowledge capital.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive organizational and process transformation.

Your Profile

• 14+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting or Operations with proven transformation leadership.
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and Logistics Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Planning solutions such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder (JDA), E2Open, Anaplan, LLamasoft, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
• APICS or other Supply Chain certifications are desirable.
