Supply Chain Planning Supervisor

The Supply Planning Supervisor shall be responsible in managing supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. They oversee inventory levels, product availability, and work with production, procurement, and logistics team. He/she aligns supply plan with demand forecasts, minimizes stock outs and overstocking, optimizes inventory turnover, and resolves supply chain issues while continuously improving processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Lead the preparation of purchase and replenishment plans based on forecasted demand and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to align supply plans with business needs.
• Analyze inventory movement, sales performance, stock aging, and service levels to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor supplier lead times, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of products.
• Identify potential stock shortages, overstock situations, and supply disruptions and develop appropriate action plans.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stock availability, and service level.
• Review and improve planning processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on demand, supply, inventory, and planning performance for management.
• Lead and supervise the Supply Chain Planning team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of planning data, forecasts, purchase requirements, and inventory reports.
• Conduct scenario planning and recommend solutions for changes in demand, supply constraints, and business requirements.
• Support the development of annual and monthly supply chain plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to supply chain planning.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in Supply Planning Management in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in importation.
• Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environment is preferred

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
