We’re looking for a structured and analytical Supply Chain professional who will help drive process standardization, KPI visibility, ERP data integrity, and project coordination across the Supply Chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Supply Chain SOPs and process documentation
• Build and maintain Supply Chain KPIs and reporting dashboards
• Monitor data accuracy across inventory, POs, and operational workflows
• Support Cin7 Core implementation, system improvements, and user support
• Track Supply Chain costs and support budget reporting
• Support inventory management processes and optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional Supply Chain projects
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Provide structured reporting and insights to Supply Chain leadership

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, PMO, or Process Improvement
• Hands-on ERP experience
• ⭐ CIN7 CORE EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience creating SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working US hours

📌 Important

CIN7 CORE EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED FOR BOTH POSITIONS.
Candidates with other hands-on ERP/WMS experience may still be considered, but direct Cin7 Core experience will be prioritized.
