General Qualifications:

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis or system management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain processes, business analysis, or system management
• Knowledge and experience in ERP systems and business process management
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel usage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Preferably experienced in project management
• Strong communication skills, with competence in coordination and project follow-up
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong follow-up skills; detail-oriented and results-driven work discipline
• Team-oriented with strong coordination skills

Job Description:

• Ensuring the analysis, improvement, and standardization of supply chain processes.
• Ensuring the effective use of systems supporting processes and managing development requests based on user needs.
• Performing data analysis through ERP and other systems and preparing reports.
• Analyzing process- and system-related issues and developing solution proposals.
• Managing and guiding supply chain projects and/or representing the department in projects involving supply chain functions; supporting projects as a team member.
• Executing analysis, testing, and go-live processes within the scope of project and change management.
• Contributing to the improvement of process and system performance through coordination with business units.
