Supply Chain Process Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Supply Chain Process Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own a critical end-to-end supply review process within a global planning environment, ensuring decisions are made with clarity, speed, and strong cross-functional alignment. The position will partner closely with planning, operations, and business stakeholders to identify risks, track actions, and support disciplined execution. It is a highly visible opportunity to improve planning performance and strengthen decision-making across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,480 – $176,660 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the process owner and subject matter expert for supply review
• Continuously improve the end-to-end supply review process
• Lead and facilitate supply review meetings focusing on risks and decisions
• Drive cross-functional alignment on action items and priorities
• Track open actions and escalate unresolved issues
• Develop and maintain supply review performance metrics
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within global planning

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain
• Experience in an S&OP environment with business acumen
• Effective cross-functional communication skills
• Knowledge of supply planning and IBP/S&OP systems
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
