We are currently seeking a Procurement Associate to join our team in Binghamton, NY. What You'll Do

As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are available when our customers need them. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to support purchasing activities and maintain efficient inventory flow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and process accurate purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Review procurement data and identify purchasing requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain product availability.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and lead-time information within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer and business needs.
• Assist in the development and execution of procurement and inventory strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and operational efficiency.

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, or an office environment is a plus.

Work Environment

• Professional office environment.
• Approximately 80% seated work and 20% standing or movement throughout the day.
• Occasional travel to branch locations and supplier sites may be required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
