Supply Chain Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of supply chain products and drive the development of innovative, technology-enabled solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, scalability, cost control, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supply chain products, including product planning, development, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Develop innovative supply chain solutions and leverage technology tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Operations, to ensure product requirements are aligned with overall business objectives.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify performance bottlenecks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, and drive data-driven solutions.

• Monitor product and supply chain performance, identify potential risks, and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance, reliability, and operational stability.

• Optimize supply chain processes through technology and software solutions, driving automation, process efficiency, and cost reduction.

• Support the continuous enhancement of supply chain systems, processes, and product capabilities based on business and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• No specific years of work experience required; fresh graduates and candidates from relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with supply chain management processes and technology tools, such as ERP systems or data analytics software.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.

• No specific professional certification is required.
