Supply Chain - Project Controller (Medical Equipment)

About the role

Overseeing Capital Equipment - Medical Equipment (CE) program activities from request and deployment through extension, return, reconciliation, and management reporting. The role acts as the central coordination point across Sales, Customer Services, QA, Distributor and other business units to ensure accurate tracking, timely updates, and strong operational control of CE movements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all CE programs, including new requests, ongoing deployments, and returns.
• Track CE movement status and ensure tracking systems are updated in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary Point of Contact for CE program inquiries.
• Identify and flag cancelled or delayed CE programs for follow-up action.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team on CE movement logistics when issues arise between Group Business Services and Distributor
• Ensure GBS records the required CE information within the 4-hour SLA.
• Process and maintain CE extension requests, up to target days from the original start date.
• Maintain an accurate CE tracking database/system by aligning SAP and CE tracker information.
• Generate regular CE status reports for management review.
• Liaise with Sales Representatives, Customer Services, QA, and other business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain operations, customer service coordination, logistics coordination, asset tracking, in health care or medical device is preferred.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers, distributors, or warehouse partners is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, SharePoint, or similar tracking/reporting tools.
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple sources, including system records, physical location records, and warehouse.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up management.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset to ensure accurate CE program tracking and timely follow-up.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across Sales, Customer Services, QA, and other business units.
• Ability to prioritize multiple CE movements, identify delays or cancellations, and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and drive closure with relevant stakeholders.
