About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful commercialization and execution of Innovation and Promotional projects.

This role will serve as the key point of contact for project tracking, coordination, and reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercialization of in-market Innovation and Promotional projects.
• Serve as the point of contact for tracking and reporting project status, milestones, and progress.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) execution.
• Identify project risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Proactively escalate project issues and challenges to the Supply Chain leadership team for resolution.
• Facilitate weekly/biweekly project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Business & Innovation, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate local pack development, volume allocations, quality requirements, and regulatory/FDA approval status.
• Manage Master Data setup requirements for new GMIDs.
• Provide regular project updates during Interlock and Country Monthly Performance Review (MPR) meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional and transversal relationships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identify compliance gaps and ensure appropriate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans are established and followed through.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with distributors, customers, suppliers, external partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, supply chain, commercialization, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cross-functional project execution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
