Supply Chain Project Specialist 供應鏈項目專員

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for and manage the supply chain management system, optimize the company's supply chain processes, improve data collation and analysis within the supply chain management system, monitor inventory turnover, and formulate procurement plans in a timely manner.

2. Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the company's core supply chain cooperation channels, communicating with mainland and overseas partners on project progress, including quoting, mode introduction, process advancement, etc., to maintain sound cooperation with these channels.

3. Be responsible for contacting supply chain service providers in the Mainland, Hong Kong, and overseas, managing product delivery schedules and logistics progress, conducting operations, tracking, and feedback for each process of the cross-border supply chain to ensure the efficient functioning of the supply chain system.

4. Manage supply chain risk management, identify operational risks in the supply chain, and provide early warning and response to potential market fluctuations, supplier risks, and other factors.

Requirements:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree, majoring in Logistics Management.

2. Work experience in supply chain operations or logistics is required, and those with resources of mainland supply chain service providers are preferred.

3. Be familiar with the supply chain and logistics operation processes of cross-border trade.

4. Possess excellent business negotiation, cost control, and data analysis skills, and be able to independently complete various business negotiations and related work tasks.

工作職責：

1.負責和管理供應鏈管理系統，優化公司的供應鏈流程，提高供應鏈管理系統的數據整理和分析，監控庫存周轉，及時制定採購計劃。

2.負責公司供應鏈的核心合作管道的拓展及維繫，與內地、海外合作管道溝通專案進展，包括報價、模式介紹、流程推進等，保持管道的良性合作。

3.負責與內地、香港及海外的供應鏈服務商聯繫，管控產品交付進度和物流進度，進行跨境供應鏈各流程操作、跟蹤及回饋，確保供應鏈體系的高效運作。

4.把控供應鏈的風險管理，識別供應鏈運營風險，對潛在的市場波動、供應商風險等因素進行預警和應對。

崗位要求：

1.持有本科學歷，擁有物流管理專業。

2.具有供應鏈運、物流相關工作經驗，具有內地供應鏈服務商資源者優先。

3.熟悉跨境貿易的供應鏈、物流運作流程。

4.具備優秀的商務談判、成本控制及數據分析能力，能夠獨立完成各項商務洽談與相關工作任務。
