Supply Chain Replenishment Associate (เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนเติมเต็มสินค้า)

Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Replenishment Associate is responsible for planning and managing inventory at distribution centers to ensure sufficient product availability to meet customer demand while maintaining inventory levels in line with company targets.

The role also supports effective warehouse capacity utilization and minimizes inventory risks related to product shortages, aging inventory, near-expiry products, expired products, and excess stock.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with relevant teams to set up and maintain accurate master data for product replenishment from factories to distribution centers across systems such as SAP, Smart Soft, WMS, TMS, Win Food, and Win Pro.

2. Work closely with factories and the Logistics team to establish ordering and delivery schedules for each product category, ensuring alignment with target inventory levels, production cycles, and factory delivery schedules.

3. Monitor and control inventory levels for each product category to ensure alignment with company targets.

4. Monitor and analyze demand forecasts to develop replenishment plans and ensure sufficient stock availability while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

5. Monitor inventory conditions and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams when potential risks are identified, including:

   • Product shortages caused by supply or production constraints
   • Aging, near-expiry, expired, or excess inventory caused by sales being lower than forecast

6. Set up and maintain inventory parameters based on demand, procurement lead time, and transportation constraints to ensure sufficient product availability.

7. Coordinate with relevant teams to identify appropriate actions for products with remaining shelf life below the required standard, including near-expiry and expired inventory at distribution centers.

8. Monitor workload and manage warehouse capacity utilization across all distribution centers to maximize operational efficiency.

9. Prepare reports, analyze operational issues, and recommend improvements to inventory management and replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to three years of experience in inventory management, production planning, logistics, or another supply chain-related function.
• Good understanding of inventory management, production planning, and logistics management.
• Strong data analysis and database management skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain systems would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage tasks within agreed timelines.
