Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business continuity planning activities and supply chain mapping across the Asia region, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Conduct supplier due diligence surveys, including assessments on responsible sourcing of minerals and human rights practices, in accordance with HQ guidelines.
• Monitor and assess supplier financial risks, and support the development and monitoring of supplier risk ratings and risk dashboards.
• Prepare data analysis, reports and presentation materials for Management and Board-level reporting, including global reporting requirements.
• Support the monitoring of supply chain governance, compliance and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor changes in Singapore legislation and assess their applicability and potential impact on the company.
• Support contract management activities, including the review and revision of Master Service Agreements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Up to 6 years of relevant experience in risk management, supply chain risk, procurement governance, supplier management and/or management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with VBA is an added advantage.
