The Supply Chain Graduate Rotational program (G-Force) combines leadership sponsorship, real-world special and unique projects, ongoing learning and development, competency development and exposure to multiple areas of the business to create an exceptional and dynamic GEON future leader.

How it works

Two-year, Supply Chain focused, rotational program for recent college graduates.

Rotations include Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and other departments related to Supply Chain.

Opportunity for placement into key leadership or subject matter expert business roles.

Mentorship by experienced Geon business leaders.

We want YOU on our team if you meet the following criteria:

Recent or soon-to-be college graduate (bachelor’s degree or above) with prior experience including relevant internships, work experience or projects.

Current and future leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences are required.

Willing to relocate as needed for career advancement. Relocation preference will be taken into consideration, if possible.
