该职位来源于猎聘 At a Glance We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operation Specialist to join our Greater China (China mainland and Hong Kong) Operations team. In this role, you will support the order lifecycle within our ERP system (Microsoft D365), monitor allocation flows, and balance supply with commercial demand to ensure smooth and on-time fulfillment across all channels.

To achieve this, you will play a key operational role in supporting S&OE meetings, optimizing order priorities based on allocation and trading dynamics, and tracking GTM execution. You will work closely with your line-manager (Sales Operation Senior Specialist) and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Account Service, Logistics, Demand Planning, and APAC Supply Chain) to ensure consistent product availability. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Operation & Execution S&OE Support: Prepare data analysis and presentation slides to support Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings. Order Priority Management: Evaluate order priorities based on actual allocation status and fulfillment request; support cross-functional alignment and execute priority adjustments in ERP systems. Orderbook Maintenance: Maintain a precise sales orderbook and ensure data integrity by proactively investigating and resolving order discrepancies between demand and warehouse reality. Allocation Tracking & System Operations: Use D365 and Looker (BI) to track allocation results, monitor order status, and ensure smooth data flow in system operations.
• Demand & Supply Alignment Volume Forecasting & Capacity Sharing: Gather and share monthly/weekly order volume forecasts with logistics teams and local 3PL warehouse partners to support warehouse capacity planning. Supply Tracking & Order Release: Track inbound supply delays and order fulfillment gaps; escalate stock shortage risks to local sales and demand planning teams in a timely manner. Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with your line manager to support cross-functional conversations and ensure smooth order delivery.
• Performance Tracking & Data Accuracy KPI Reporting: Track and report key fulfillment metrics (e.g., OTIF - On-Time In-Full) to identify order delay root causes and support operational improvements. BI / ERP User Advocate: Act as the Looker/D365 advisor, capable of providing hands-on support and driving system enhancements for order management. Requirements / Your Profile Experience: Around 5 years experience in supply chain operations, sales operations, orderbook management, or account service. Facilitating or running S&OE meetings is preferred. (Experience in sports, fashion, or FMCG industry is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficient in MS PowerPoint (for executive presentation) and MS Excel. Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 is a plus) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Core Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills, high attention to detail, and good organization skills to track project timelines. Communication: Good English and native Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration. Mindset: A reliable self-starter with a strong "getting things done" attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing daily operational tasks efficiently.
