Supply Chain Scheduler & Logistics Coordinator

About The Role We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Scheduler & Logistics Coordinator to lead and optimize end-to-end supply scheduling and logistics execution across Himalaya's EU operations. You will ensure compliant, timely and cost-efficient availability of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, aligned with market demand and regulatory requirements.

You'll orchestrate production scheduling, inventory positioning and distribution flows while safeguarding product quality, shelf-life constraints and service level targets — ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturing, quality, procurement and logistics partners. You'll also drive continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize inventory, transportation and service levels while controlling costs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and optimize production scheduling and end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and RM/PM/FG availability
• Partner with Demand Planning to align schedules with forecasts, and contribute to medium- and short-term budget and inventory-build planning
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and ensure compliant, timely distribution of RM/PM and FG
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, managing obsolescence and expiry risk to protect working capital
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues and ensure supply continuity
• Manage supplier delivery performance and follow-up on late deliveries, and support manufacturing contract negotiations
• Drive process optimization through Lean/Six Sigma and lead cross-functional supply chain improvement projects
• Ensure SAP ERP/IBP/Everest systems run effectively for inventory management, resolving issues and keeping data current
• Optimize inbound transportation and logistics costs, and improve logistics parameters such as lead time, MOQ and replenishment frequency
• Maintain and improve master data across systems, including materials, customers, BOM, vendors and pricing
• Prepare weekly/monthly supply chain reports and KPIs, proactively flagging risks or errors
• Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL/forwarding partners to ensure timely deliveries of shipments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain scheduling/logistics within the pharma or cosmetics industry
• Strong background across procurement, manufacturing and logistics
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced ERP/APO knowledge, SAP preferred
• Strong analytical, planning and risk-management skills
• Track record improving OTIF delivery, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, service level and logistics cost efficiency
• APICS/CSCP certification and/or experience with regulatory audits is a plus
