Supply Chain Senior Manager

Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic, execution-driven Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations — demand planning, procurement, importation, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management — ensuring the right products are available at the right place, cost, and time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy, including demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory allocation
• Oversee local/international sourcing, importation, customs, and landed-cost management
• Manage multiple warehouses and distribution operations supporting ~200 branches
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock availability, and logistics efficiency; prevent stock-outs, overstocking, and losses
  Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with cross-functional teams
• Improve systems, dashboards, and business-continuity processes
• Build and develop high-performing teams across the supply chain function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
• 5+ years in senior management/department-head role
• Proven leadership of end-to-end supply chain for a large, multi-site retail/distribution organization
• Strong background in warehouse management, importation, customs, and landed costs
• Experience with ERP/WMS/supply chain planning systems
• Experience supporting a billion-peso business highly preferred
• Willing to travel across the Visayas
• Experience leading teams of 10–15 employees
